Wildlife and wild places around the world need our help. Spend time with Zoo educators to learn how you can make a difference for plants and animals in faraway places and those in our backyard. At Zoo Atlanta, we want to empower young people to make a difference for our planet by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to create positive change. As a troop or as a family, come explore the ways in which Zoo Atlanta is helping, and find out how you can get involved. Below is a list of some of our exciting programs.

Scout Workshops
Have a wild time exploring the Zoo while earning Badges. Come with a parent or bring your entire troop. Designed specifically for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, these two-hour workshops will provide you with engaging activities and opportunities to take part in conservation action. At the conclusion of the workshop, spend time enjoying the Zoo to see animals from around the world.
