HomeSchool Academy: Spring 2023

Join Zoo Atlanta for a morning of learning and discovery designed specifically for homeschool students! HomeSchool Academy is a two-hour program that allows students to explore animal and science concepts in an engaging, interactive environment. Programs are grade-appropriate and include hands-on, minds-on activities and Zoo tours and hone students’ STEM skillsets in a collaborative environment. Register for a single class OR receive a 15% discount for registering for an entire semester!

Bee-cause We Need Pollinators (grade 2nd)

2nd grade
Examine the lifecycle of pollinators and discuss the important role they play in the food chain. Search for pollinators in the Zoo and practice your skills as a busy bee.

Staying Alive (grades K-1)

Engage and explore your sense of touch as students discover the different textures found in nature while learning how animals protect themselves with shells, fur, spines, and scales.
