Panda Updates – Friday, March 19

So, it has been a few months since the last time I have been in the giant panda building, and I must say, the subadults have grown quite a bit. While this stage of life is generally fairly slow-growing, both of the twins have gained at least 10 pounds! Ya Lun has even hit and surpassed the 200-pound mark, and Xi Lun is not that far behind her! They still have about 20 and 30 pounds, respectively, to go to catch up to Lun Lun, but they are well on their way to being big adult bears.
