WILD ON THE ROCKS RETURNS VIRTUALLY

Introducing an all-new virtual happy hour featuring some of the most interesting professionals at Zoo Atlanta! Wild on the Rocks is back in a new Zoom format, with monthly programs featuring exclusive make-at-home cocktail recipes.

Each month, Zoo experts will present adventures, escapades, and lessons learned in the wild world of wildlife, sharing a themed cocktail along with their tales. Learn more here on the official event page.

Wild on the Rocks kicks off Thursday, July 30, at 6 p.m. with “The Legendary Adventures of Gringo Perdido,” as told by Director of Research Joe Mendelson, PhD, as he recounts his exploits searching for amphibians in Latin America.

Advance reservations are required and are available online now on zooatlanta.org. Reservations are $15 per household and include the program and the featured cocktail recipe. Participants will receive a Zoom link and cocktail recipe following registration.

Wild on the Rocks is recommended for ages 21 and up only; programs may include adult content.
