THE ALL-NEW SAVANNA NIGHTS RETURNS JULY 8

Craft cocktail series is back for its second installment of the summer

WHAT: Cocktail aficionados who missed the debut of Savanna Nights, the all-new, 21-and-up summer craft cocktail series at Zoo Atlanta, have another opportunity to experience the event with its upcoming second installment on Friday, July 8, 2022.

Guests will enjoy tastings of imaginative, wildlife-inspired craft cocktails immersed in the feel of one of the planet’s most legendary landscapes. Zoo Atlanta’s African Savanna is home to African elephants, giraffes, zebras, ostriches, warthogs, meerkats, and southern white rhinos. As Savanna Nights celebrates the African Savanna, other zones of the Zoo will not be open; activities will be concentrated on the African Savanna.

Adding to the ambiance of the evening will be live music from Buttered Bourbon; special Keeper Talks; and wildlife viewing until dusk on the African Savanna. Local bites from food trucks, Gotta Have It Catering and Gaston Eats Co., will be available for purchase.

Tickets include six complimentary cocktail flight tasting tickets redeemable for one four-ounce tasting of each available cocktail. Beer, wine, and mixed drinks will be available for purchase.

Live music, featured cocktails, and featured food trucks change monthly. The final event of the season is Friday, August 12. Learn more about featured cocktails, music, and food here.

Tickets are $35 for Zoo Atlanta Members; $40 for non-Members. Get tickets and info at zooatlanta.org. Savanna Nights is open to ages 21 and up only; guests under 21 will not be admitted.

WHEN: Friday, July 8, 2022, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
