ANNOUNCING SAVANNA NIGHTS AT ZOO ATLANTA

Toast the wildlife as evening falls over one of Earth’s most legendary landscapes at the all-new Savanna Nights at Zoo Atlanta. Tickets are now available for the summer craft cocktail series, which will take place monthly on select Fridays: June 24, July 8, and August 12, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The newest addition to Zoo Atlanta’s suite of over-21 events invites cocktail connoisseurs to a tasting of imaginative craft beverages against a backdrop unlike any other in the city: the Zoo’s African Savanna, home to African elephants, giraffes, zebras, ostriches, warthogs, meerkats, and southern white rhinos. Monthly live music will add to the ambiance of the casual evenings. Keeper Talks will offer a fascinating deeper dive into the animals’ care.

Tickets include four craft cocktail tasting tickets; access to live music; Keeper Talks; and animal viewing until dusk at the African Savanna. Bites from local food trucks and full-sized adult beverages will also be available for purchase.

“Broadening the impact of our mission means introducing as many people as possible to the experiences, connections, and messages of Zoo Atlanta. The Zoo isn’t just a place for certain ages and audiences – it’s a place for all ages and audiences,” said Raymond B. King, President and CEO. “While they’re enjoying a fresh new experience like Savanna Nights, guests who may never have visited us before may go home inspired to come back or get more involved in the work we’re doing to protect species and their habitats.”

Get tickets now on the Savanna Nights page on zooatlanta.org. Tickets are $35 for Zoo Atlanta Members; $40 for non-Members. Capacity is limited; advance ticket purchase is strongly encouraged.

Savanna Nights is for ages 21 and up only; guests under 21 will not be permitted.
