Panda Updates – Monday, July 26

Hopefully everyone has been enjoying the summer! Here at the Zoo, we love to celebrate the seasons and holidays with enrichment! As an example, a few weeks ago for July 4, Keeper Megan decided to make ice treats for Jackie and the giant pandas. We shared a photo of the giant pandas with theirs, but didn’t want you to miss out on Jackie’s! For Jackie, Megan dyed the water blue with food coloring and added apples and grapes to make a red-white-and-blue treat. Jackie enjoyed his frozen enrichment!
