Panda Updates – Friday, April 28

We keepers feel like Yang Yang does not get enough attention. Not from us, of course! We shower him with attention! But he doesn’t get enough time on PandaCam, and he doesn’t have his own updates. While we understand the cubs are incredibly adorable, Yang Yang is actually one of the cutest pandas any of us have ever met. Yang Yang has always been a staff favorite, and new keepers tend to gravitate towards him as well. Yang Yang possesses an irresistible charm that cannot be ignored. He will worm his way into your heart for a million little reasons. Like, how he gets so much joy from eating a whole banana. Or how he sleeps spread eagle with his bum propped up on the dayroom glass or a log. Especially, the snaggle-tooth look he gets when he is sleeping soundly. Because we want more people to find Yang Yang as endearing as we do, we will be featuring him on PandaCam overnight tonight and more often in the future. We hope you enjoy him as much as we do!
