All Together for Animals Virtual Concert
Zoo Atlanta and the zoos and aquariums of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) will benefit from “All Together for Animals,” an interactive virtual music benefit concert on March 31, 2021. The all-star benefit will feature streamed original performances by Brad Paisley, Old Dominion, Ashley McBryde, Riley Green, Jessie James Decker, Shy Carter, and Wynonna. The event emcee is Cody Alan, host of Country Music Television’s Hot 20 Countdown and of iHeartRadio’s After Midnight and CMT Radio Live.
The program, produced by Contemporary Productions in St. Louis, Mo., builds awareness of the financial impact AZA-accredited zoos and aquariums have suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic and will raise funds for these organizations.
The event will be streamed on March 31 at 8 p.m. EST. During the show, viewers will have the opportunity to make additional donations in real-time, with proceeds directly benefiting their local AZA-accredited zoo or aquarium.
For a contribution of $30, viewers will receive access to the show, with a portion of proceeds directly benefiting Zoo Atlanta. Access e-ticket purchasing here.
Zoo Atlanta is open daily with new protocols and procedures in place to promote wellness, including timed ticketing; hand-sanitizing stations throughout grounds; and signage and other aids to encourage social distancing. Masks are required for ages 2 and up for general admission and all in-Zoo experiences. Plan a visit on zooatlanta.org.
