STILL TIME TO GET TICKETS FOR SAVANNA NIGHTS: PRIDE NIGHT
After-hours summer series kicks off on Friday, June 23
WHAT: Time is running out to get tickets for the first of the season’s Savanna Nights, Zoo Atlanta’s after-hours summer series, kicking off on Friday, June 23, 2023, with Pride Night.
Guests will start the event with a complimentary themed welcome cocktail, the Lion’s Pride, a summer libation featuring dark rum, passionfruit-infused syrup, pineapple, and citrus, as they begin their evening in the Zoo. Evening wildlife viewing will include all animal habitats with the exception of those in the Lower Zoo and KIDZone areas, which will not be open. Animals will begin to go indoors for the evening around 8 p.m.
Full-sized mixed drinks, beer, wine, and a variety of nonalcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Food and snacks will also be available for purchase.
Highlights will include meet-and-greets and Drag Bingo from House of Alxndr; country line dancing with Dance Out ATL; the sidewalk chalk artistry of Art Additive; a Vendor Village; and music from DJ Lyris.
The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with the last entry at 8 p.m. Tickets are $35 for Zoo Atlanta Members; $40 for non-Members.
Savanna Nights continues on Friday, July 21 with Superhero Night and Friday, August 18 with 90s Block Party Night. Each event will feature a complimentary themed welcome cocktail and entertainment highlighting that month’s theme.
