The 12 Days of “Zoo”mas

Tis the season! This time last year I took a holiday classic and gave it an Ambassador Animal twist, so I decided to give that a try again for this holiday season. The 12 Days of Christmas was the one I tried to tackle last year, but I couldn’t get it to work out. But this year it did! I understand reading through you’re going to wonder why we would need so many fridges, among other things, but think about the strange gifts in the original! Who would need so many milking maids, piping pipers, and leaping lords? My version is as equally weird but with less birds, more brooms, and more legs?  So, enjoy this Ambassador Animal-themed 12 Days of Christmas, and of course you are welcome and encouraged to sing along!!

The 12 Days of “Zoo”mas

On the first day of Christmas my Curator gave to me
A toucan eating large seeds

On the second day of Christmas my Curator gave to me
Two eagle owls
And a toucan eating large seeds

On the third day of Christmas my Curator gave to me
Three corn snakes
Two eagle owls
And a toucan eating large seeds

On the fourth day of Christmas my Curator gave to me
Four tortoises
Three corn snakes

Five wooly sheep
Four tortoises
Three corn snakes

On the sixth day of Christmas my Curator gave to me
Six fridges cooling
Five wooly sheep
Four tortoises
Three corn snakes

Seven birds a-preying
Six fridges cooling
