RESERVATIONS NOW OPEN FOR MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH

There’s no one in the world like Mom, and her Mother’s Day experience should be as one-of-a-kind as she is. Celebrate with a sumptuous brunch buffet in the grand Michael & Thalia Carlos Ballroom in historic Savanna Hall, with terrace views sweeping over the African Savanna, on Sunday, May 12, 2024.

Tables may be reserved for two to three guests; four to six guests; or seven to 10 guests. Reservations are available at two seating times, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and include same-day admission to Zoo Atlanta to be enjoyed before or after brunch. Included photo opportunities and keepsakes will round out the perfect Mother’s Day memory. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase for ages 21 and up at the 1 p.m. seating time only; in compliance with Georgia law, alcoholic beverages will not be available at the 9:30 a.m. seating time.

Capacity is limited, and pre-registration is required. Reservations are $75 per guest for Zoo Atlanta Members; $85 per guest for non-Members. Reservations are required for all guests ages 3 and up; children under 3 are free and do not require a reservation.

Zoo Atlanta has many reasons to celebrate Mother’s Day this year, with treasured new arrivals around the Zoo. New mothers include but are not limited to Kiazi the southern white rhino, who gave birth to a female calf on Christmas Eve; Shalia the western lowland gorilla, who gave birth to Willie B. III in April 2023; Bramble the binturong, who gave birth to Oliver, Fern, and Watson in August 2023; and the amazing Madu the Sumatran orangutan, who adopted infant Nangka in September 2023.
