Panda Updates – Wednesday, December 2

With the holiday season here, and the end of the year approaching, I’ve been reflecting on this past year. For starters, I’d like to thank everyone who has supported the Zoo. Whether through a donation or simply by sharing one of our posts on social media, you’ve helped us during a tough year, and words cannot express our appreciation enough for your support. I am also thankful for the opportunity to work with the giant pandas and red panda. Moments where I’m spending one-on-one time with one of the animals I care for, whether it’s training, feeding, or playing tug-of-war or chase, are all moments that fill me with gratitude and have brought me a lot of joy during a challenging year. I hope that wherever you are, you’re able to find some joy during this holiday season. And don’t forget, if you need a pick-me-up, tune into PandaCam where hopefully a dose of panda cuteness will help make you feel better.
