Panda Updates – Monday, September 25

In the mornings when we arrive for the day, we turn on our camera monitors to see what the pandas are doing. If they are asleep, we let them sleep and we find other things to do. If they are awake and wanting food, we go on and begin our day. Most mornings if Lun Lun and the cubs have spent the night in the dayrooms, they are up playing. If they are all playing, we usually like to watch from the computer room so as to not disturb them. It is a fun and sometimes comical start to the morning when we can spend a few minutes just watching them interact with each other, watching the cubs chase Lun Lun and each other, or watching Lun Lun play “Queen of the Structure.”
