Bring small electronics to recycle with Zoo Atlanta and receive $5 off admission* for that day’s visit. Join Zoo Atlanta as we participate in the Gorillas on the Line…Answer the Call campaign to collect cell phones and small electronic devices for recycling. The proceeds from these recycled devices support the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) Gorilla SAFE (Saving Animals From Extinction) Program.
Zoo Atlanta Members will receive a free train or carousel ticket from Admissions. We accept cell phones, smartphones, ipads, ipods, tablets, GPS, smartwatches, digital cameras and all the cords and cables that come with them. Any condition is fine. All items will be recycled through the Gorillas on the Line…Answer the Call campaign and our partner Eco-Cell.

Bring large electronic devices (see list of accepted items below) to the circle drive outside Savanna Hall on Friday, August 23 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. as we partner with Prime Asset Recovery.
For each item donated, guests will receive a $5 off coupon* to be used for that day’s Zoo admission. Zoo Atlanta Members will receive a free train or carousel ticket from Admissions. All cell phones, tablets, and small electronic devices will be recycled through the Gorillas on the Line…Answer the Call campaign and our partner Eco-Cell with proceeds from donated items supporting SAFE Gorilla.

While you can recycle your old devices throughout the year, Gorillas on the Line … Answer the Call is an annual global mobile phone recycling challenge organized by the Gorilla SAFE engagement team with participants from across the country and around the globe.
