Atlanta’s favorite fun family Halloween festival returns at Boo at the Zoo presented by Georgia Natural Gas on Saturdays and Sundays, October 19, 20, 26 and 27, with festive fall activities for people of all ages.
Sample treats around the Zoo, and enjoy the sights and characters of whimsical Zoo Boo Town on four magical days for the entire family. New in 2019: Explore the Freaky Foam Zone, a kid-friendly inflatable area with plenty of foamy fun. Other highlights include an inflatable corn maze; kids’ crafts and carnival games; rock hits and Halloween standbys from The Hey-Byes; kids’ party dance tunes with DJ Willy Wow! at the Monster Mash Disco; meet-and-greets with friendly costume characters; and a themed train ride (ride ticket required).
Saturday, October 19: Meet a pirate from the Atlanta Pirates Guild. Enjoy a didgeridoo performance and the ambient sounds of DJ Animal Ace.
Saturday and Sunday, October 19 and 20: Watch pumpkins come to life through the carving skills of artist Lundy Cupp.
Sunday, October 20 and Saturday, October 26: See favorite film and comic book characters from Cosplay Volunteers of Atlanta.
Saturday, October 26: Animals around the Zoo get in on the Halloween fun with themed enrichment. Stay tuned to zooatlanta.org for a list of times.

Boo at the Zoo activities will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are free with general admission; free for Zoo Atlanta Members and children under 3. Visit zooatlanta.org for full event details. Boo at the Zoo is a rain-or-shine event.
