Panda Updates – Friday, October 16

Last week our Horticulture Team worked in the pandas’ behind-the-scenes habitat to get it panda-ready for the season. Lun Lun was the first to venture out there this week and as usual, she loved it! She spent more time playing than eating. She ran, she pranced, she frolicked! She flung herself into some honeysuckle bushes, rolled around, and tore up some of the vegetation around her. She splashed around in the pool! Danica and I enjoyed Lun Lun’s day as much as she did! If you’re on Zoo Atlanta’s social networks, be sure to check out a video there later today.
