World Block Party

Roar into summer with friends from all over the globe!

As Atlanta gears up to host guests from around the world this summer, we’re thrilled to offer a unique celebration with our World Block Party for our neighbors near and far.

Join us on Sunday, June 14 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for a wild celebration including exclusive Keeper Talks, family-friendly activities, and the chance to see animals from all over the globe.

Whether you just want extra time to explore Zoo Atlanta or celebrate before the international soccer tournament in Atlanta, there’s something for everyone to learn, play and connect with culture!

• 4 p.m. | “Birds of the World” Flighted Presentation | World of Wild Theater presented by Georgia Natural Gas
• 4 p.m. Connect with Culture: Dances from Hawaii with Mahealani’s Polynesian Entertainment
• 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. | The Joy of Jump Rope with Double Dutch Aerobics
• 4:30 p.m. | Ask-a-Keeper Session: Elephant
• 5:00 p.m. | Ask-a-Keeper Session: Southern Ground Hornbill
• 5:00 p.m. | Connect with Culture: Dances from New Zealand with Mahealani’s Polynesian Entertainment
• 5:30 p.m. | Ask-a-Keeper Session: Orangutan
• 6:00 p.m. | Connect with Culture: Music from Mexico with Mariachi Búhos de Oro
• 6:00 p.m. | Ask-a-Keeper Session: Living Treehouse
