How to Access Your Digital Membership Card:
- Zoo Atlanta is excited to partner with MembershipAnywhere to offer digital Membership cards! You can now access your Membership card(s) and benefits from your smartphone through the free eMembership Card app.
- You can also download your digital card directly to the Wallet on your smartphone by clicking here.
Easy Download Instructions
- Download the free eMembership Card app from the Apple app store or Google Play store.
- Use the “Search your Institution by name” feature to search for Zoo Atlanta and select Find My Membership Cards.
- Enter your 18-digit Membership number, beginning with 51101…, and the last name of the primary named adult on your Membership.
- Don’t know your Membership number? It is located under the barcode of your confirmation email or on your physical Membership card.
- To download the card to your phone, select Download My Cards, then select Add to Wallet when your Member information appears.
- If there are other named adults listed on your Membership, they can download the eMembership Card app and follow the same procedure to locate their card.
