As a thank you for your continued support of Zoo Atlanta’s mission, we’re pleased to invite Members and supporters to a special evening with the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund — one of Zoo Atlanta’s Signature Conservation Partners and a global leader in gorilla conservation and research.
Join us for a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the groundbreaking work that inspired the new Netflix documentary A Gorilla Story: Told by David Attenborough. For six years, Fossey Fund scientists worked closely with filmmakers, contributing insights from nearly 60 years of daily mountain gorilla observation beginning with Dian Fossey herself.
Please RSVP by May 24.
RSVPWe encourage guests to watch A Gorilla Story in advance and come prepared with questions for the experts during the post-program Q&A. Light refreshments will be provided.
Recycling old electronics helps reduce the need to mine for rare earth minerals in gorilla habitats while supporting frontline conservation efforts for Grauer’s gorillas and Cross River gorillas. Proceeds from donated devices benefit the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, Wildlife Conservation Society – Nigeria, and GRACE Gorillas.
