Calling all college students, past, present, and future, to come unleash your inner explorer for a night of learning and adventure!  

3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (last entry at 6 p.m.)

All current college students receive free admission to the Zoo! Not a college student yet or have you already graduated? Wear college swag for discounted admission!  

Explore the Zoo and meet up with friends, new and old, for a night of nostalgia and fun. See you there!

Career Talks at Amy’s Tree Theater
Meet and learn from Zoo Atlanta experts about careers in the field!

  • 5:00 – 5:15 p.m.: Kate Roca – Lead Keeper of Hoofstock
  • 5:20 – 5:35 p.m.:  Dr. Joseph Mendelson – Director of Research
  • 5:40 – 5:55 p.m.: Kelly Garner – Lead Keeper of Herpetology and participant in in-situ conservation field work in the US and central America

Animal Presentations & Talks

  • 4:30 p.m.: Elephant Care Demonstration
  • 5:30 p.m.: Ask-a-Keeper: Living Treehouse Talk

  • Botanical Brushstrokes with Rosebud Studios: Enjoy a drop-in hands-on watercolor workshop! Available at Tembo Trellis near Elephants

  • Interactive Coloring Mural available at Tembo Trellis near Elephants
  • Music from DJ Solo near Zambezi Elephant Center
  • Giraffe Feeding at Twiga Terrace from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. (additional fees apply)

  • Ask-a-Keeper Talks: Learn fascinating facts about your favorite animals directly from the experts! 
  • Education Stations: Discover interactive displays and learn about conservation efforts. 
  • Habitat Interpreters: Engage with knowledgeable Zoo team members and Volunteers and gain deeper insights into the animals and their habitats. 
  • Career Talks: Hear from Zoo Atlanta’s Veterinary and Animal Care Teams to learn more about what their career paths require.
