Educator Appreciation Day

EDUCATOR APPRECIATION DAY PRESENTED BY KAISER PERMANENTE

Free admission for educators, discounts for accompanying guests, and more on March 12

WHAT: Zoo Atlanta salutes its fellow educators at the Spring Educator Appreciation Day on Saturday, March 12, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Educators will enjoy free admission and $5 off general admission for accompanying guests. Educator Appreciation Day is presented by Kaiser Permanente, with additional support from PNC.

Educators will also receive 10% off purchases at Nourish Café and in Zoo Atlanta gift shops, as well as an opportunity to visit a variety of educational booths throughout the Zoo. Zoo Atlanta Education Team members will be on hand with information about Zoo programming and professional learning opportunities for teachers. Booths will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Educator Appreciation Day discounts apply to active teachers; local and out-of-state educators; informal educators; and administrative support staff. Educators must present a valid educator ID or relevant documentation and a photo to take advantage of these discounts.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and is available at zooatlanta.org. Same-day registration will be available at the educator check-in area across from Zoo Atlanta Admissions.
