Meet Baobab, aka Bob

Hooded Vulture
"Bau-bab"
Baobabs are several species of tree found in Africa. They are sometimes known as the “upside down tree” because they look like they were uprooted and replanted upside down.

Baobab, or “Bob” as he’s called at the theater, is a little bit of a goof. He is always eager to work with his trainers and loves to follow them around whether on stage, in his home mew, or down one of the Zoo paths. He’s a bit of a chow hound, but considering that vultures can eat 10 percent or more of their body weight in one sitting, that’s not too surprising!
