Travel the globe with a two-day cultural experience at the second annual Wild World Weekend at Zoo Atlanta on Saturday and Sunday, August 5 and 6. The event will showcase the dynamic cultures and rich biodiversity of Africa, Asia and the Pacific, and the Americas with special live entertainment, family activities, crafts and exclusive how-tos in the Zoo.
Saturday, August 5: Enjoy dance performances by Sanggar Lestari Indonesia and dance and storytelling with Alma Mexicana Atlanta, and channel the spirit of Bollywood with the Moksha Dance. Music will include a ukulele performance by Keith Schroder, aka Horizon DJ.
Sunday, August 6: Learn new steps with ¡Flamenco! Presented by Berdolé, and enjoy the upbeat music of Mariachi Amigoz. Try an ancient art form with origami and paper crafts from the Japan-America Society of Georgia.
