Habitat Heroes
Did you know that many animal species serve as heroes for their ecosystem? Join us as we meet some of these animal ambassadors and become Habitat Heroes just like them!
Habitat Heroes is a recurring program and Conservation Club for parents or guardians and their children ages 8-13 years old. As participants, you and your child will learn about local wildlife and their habitats, connect with other families in the community, and participate in conservation action!
Habitat Heroes includes four educational programs at Zoo Atlanta and volunteer opportunities in the local community alongside Zoo Atlanta Educators. It also includes a club T-shirt for full-series participants and admission to the Zoo after each of the four educational programs. Join us in learning what makes Georgia wildlife interesting and find how you can help protect our animal neighbors!
