If you are registered for a program or visit to the Zoo and wish to reschedule or refund we are happy to help you with that request. At this time the Zoo is waiving our normal refund policy temporarily for education programs and field trips.
How to reschedule or receive a refund?
To make sure we can track all requests, we ask that you email email@example.com, do not call.
- your registration details (including registration number),
- your phone number and
- your request, to reschedule or refund.
Someone from our operations office will contact you within 5 business days to help facilitate your request.
