Experience the dynamic cultures and rich biodiversity that surround us at Zoo Atlanta’s world culture festival.

Travel from Africa to the Americas, and from Europe to Asia and the Pacific, via special entertainment and activities for the entire family. Help us celebrate our world’s amazing wildlife and the beautiful places they call home.

This is a rain-or-shine event. Free for general admission and Zoo Atlanta Members. 

10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Saturday July 29

  • 10 a.m.:  Alma Mexicana – Traditional Dances | Mexico
  • 11 a.m.:  Nachlanta – Bollywood Dances | India
  • 12 p.m.:  Sanggar Lestari – Traditional Dances | Indonesia
  • 1 p.m.:  Laotian American Society – Traditional Dances | Laos
  • 2 p.m.:  Drake Irish Dance – Irish Dance | Ireland
  • 3 p.m.:  Mariachi Búhos de Oro – Mariachi Music | Mexico

Sunday July 30

  • 10 a.m.: ABiKE Music – Steel Pan Music | Africa & the Caribbean
  • 11 a.m.: Tosinger – Storytelling | Africa & the Caribbean
  • 12 p.m.: Mahealani’s Polynesian Entertainment – Traditional Dances | Pacific Islands
  • 1 p.m.: Maculelê-Capoeira Academy – Capoeira Demonstration | Brazil
  • 2 p.m.: Berdolé Flamenco – Flamenco Dance & Music | Spain
  • 3 p.m.: Silver Ridge Singers – Traditional Dances of Native America
