Wild at Heart Valentine’s Day Dinner

Celebrate with your special someone somewhere special! At Zoo Atlanta’s Wild at Heart Valentine’s Day Dinner, you’ll have a wild and romantic night to remember. 

Enjoy the distinctive elegance of the Michael & Thalia Carlos Ballroom in historic Savanna Hall, overlooking the African Savanna. Nowhere else in the city might you have an elephant stroll by while celebrating your Valentine! African Savanna animals’ visibility is subject to weather conditions.

Dine on your choice of menu items from our delectable dinner buffet. (Don’t miss our decadent desserts!) Then, prepare to enjoy as our Ambassador Animals Team (joined by a few smaller wild things!) treats you to an exclusive presentation they’ve planned just for tonight. Learn about the relationships between the animals and the keepers who love them, and meet some animals up-close in no-touch encounters.

Finally, hit the dance floor with your sweetie or pal. Our DJ will be ready to help you show your moves in the name of love!

  • SOUTHERN SALAD – greens, berries, spiced pecans, goat cheese, white balsamic vinaigrette (GF)
  • ANTIPASTI PLATTER – cheese, cured meats, pickled vegetables (GF)
  • ASSORTED DINNER ROLLS – herb whipped butter
  • GRILLED BISTRO VEGETABLES – caper vinaigrette (GF)
  • HERB ROASTED POTATOES – thyme, rosemary, sea salt (GF)
  • SPINACH & CHEESE TORTELLINI – peas, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, pesto cream sauce
  • PAN SEARED HALIBUT – blood orange beurre blanc, micro greens (GF)
  • BRAISED SHORT RIBS – red wine demi, harissa

  • 7:30 p.m.: Animal Program begins
  • 8 p.m.: Animal Program ends – Dance floor opens
  • 8 – 9:30 p.m.: Dancing and trivia
  • 9:30 p.m.: Event concludes
