STEM Day

May 5

10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Georgia’s fifth annual STEM Day is May 5, 2017.  Georgia STEM Day is a day for schools, educators, students and companies to engage in activities involving science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).  Zoo Atlanta is excited to partner with several institutions this year to celebrate an entire week of STEM, culminating in STEM Day at Zoo Atlanta.

Tune in to Facebook Live on Tuesday, May 2 via our #TakeoverTuesday to see exciting demonstrations and interviews with Zoo Atlanta staff highlighting how they utilize STEM in their careers every day.

Visit Zoo Atlanta on May 5 and participate in one of our STEM Stations located throughout the Zoo. Each station will focus on a specific STEM letter. Complete the station and receive a sticker! Complete all four stations, and your sticker collection will spell out STEM!

Stations will be active from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., while supplies last.
