Add a POP of wonder to your summer with Sean Kenney’s Nature POP!, open at Zoo Atlanta from May 13 through August 8! Produced by Imagine Exhibitions, Nature POP! features more than 40 nature sculptures crafted exclusively with LEGO® pieces (more than 800,000 of them, in fact!).
Art meets science meets engineering in the eye-popping work of artist Sean Kenney – inviting you to reimagine the amazing complexities and interconnections of the wild world in fresh, fun, and unexpected ways. Expect to find startling bursts of color and boundary-blurring feats of innovation as you encounter works of sculptural art throughout the Zoo.

Sean Kenney is an award-winning artist who uses LEGO pieces as a medium for contemporary sculpture, portraiture, and commercial art. He is recognized as one of the leading experts in the field and is a founding member of several global programs that aim to encourage and support this emerging art form. Millions of people have visited his exhibitions, he has authored nine children’s books, and The LEGO Group collaborated with him as an official partner for 14 years. Sean’s work has been acclaimed by The New York Times, PBS Arts, BBC Arts, and Vogue, and he continues to create every day at his studio in Amsterdam.
