Artworks created during Paint-Out Week will be on view and available for purchase on June 17 and 18.
The wonders of wildlife appear in the works of 30 artists in a one-of-a-kind gallery experience at the Art Gone Wild Art Sale, the culmination of Art Gone Wild presented by Wilmington Trust, on Saturday and Sunday, June 17 and 18.
Some of Atlanta’s top creative talents followed their inspirations at locations throughout Zoo grounds during the fourth-annual Art Gone Wild Paint-Out Week from June 5 through June 9, capturing the animals, botanicals and experiences of Zoo Atlanta in a variety of media. Their finished works will be on view and available for purchase in the Zoo’s Conservation Action Resource Center (ARC). Artists have generously agreed to donate 50 percent of art sale proceeds to benefit the Zoo’s mission of conservation, education and superior stewardship of species and their habitats.
There is no additional admission cost to view the gallery, which will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
